The path of entrepreneurship and mentorship can be difficult, and navigating all the complexities requires grit, resilience, adaptability, strength and an openness to learn.

At MindFrame Connect, our goal is to take away some of these complexities by providing a central place to learn, adapt and grow – both as an entrepreneur and mentor.

We are creating and piloting new evidence-based programming to complement current offerings in the Canadian ecosystem.

Program Offerings

High Performance/Resiliency: the behavioural aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship, not the skill set of venture building. How to thrive in chaos and stay agile, similar to how a professional athlete is trained.

Mentorship: providing mentors, coaches and founders with the skills and tools needed to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the relationship, and to help founders navigate the challenges of high-growth entrepreneurship.

These programs are symbiotic and mutually reinforcing, as the challenges faced by most founders and the critical role played by mentors often depend on developing the mindset, resilience and antifragility to overcome significant stress and pressure.
